18 hrs – 5Rhythms elective towards the 5Rhythms teacher training

In 6 sessions we cover areas of development
Especially suitable for the ones being in the teacher training or moving in that direction.

We use movement as a tool to enter the field of development.
We use moment as a tool to discover, to map and reflect
As we’ll also use many other tools

How can we use 5Rhythms as a tool to manifest our potential, to develop a business, to make a plan and create a strategy.
Whether you actually have a business or are looking for a way to develop other areas of your life.
sessions will be interactive and with a lot of exchange between you and other participants.

We will meet ONLINE on Zoom for 6 sessions of 3 hours

Recordings
